The Denver Zine Library conducts zine making workshops upon request. Since we’re a volunteer-run organization, requests are filled based on the availability of our volunteers.
While we have a typical Zine Making 101 workshop that we provide, we are always interested in tailoring it to meet the needs of your group. Information covered includes some information about the Denver Zine Library, a short history of zines, browsing a sample of zines in our collection (demonstrating different sizes, styles, content, formatting, binding, etc.), and making zines. For one-time workshops, our goal is to have everyone create a zine by the end of the session.
